The use of Competitive Intelligence in contemporary business has presented challenges and opportunities in an age when information technology drives the flow of information through the enterprise at ever accelerating speeds.
During our class, we will examine the major issues surrounding designing an intranet module for competitive intelligence, including integrating the Intelligence Cycle into the intranet, getting support and feedback from users and IS, and creating a mechanism for continuous process improvement.
