Jordan Frank from Traction and I were in Philly this morning, luckily it turns out, after all the snow over the weekend, doing what we've called the "Collaborative Early Warning Workshop" - a three-hour immersion in KIT-driven early warning indicator development, followed by a hands-on mini-wargame using Traction's blogging software and a theoretical scenario about a drug that cures nearsightedness.
