I got the chance at the SCIP Conference in San Diego to spend some time catching up with my good friend Rainer Michaeli from the Institute for Competitive Intelligence, who mentioned he has a new series of workshops coming to the United States (and elsewhere) this summer that I'm sure many of you might be interested in.

Rainer and I got to know one another serving on the SCIP board of directors a few years ago and he has both assembled a world-class faculty as well as, quite literally, having written the book on CI (the German one, at least, despite my pleas for an English version, which I see on Amazon is now due by February next year) so please give ICI's courses a look. I'm sure you'll find both his faculty and material of the very highest caliber.
