Event Description

This full-morning program will begin with an introduction of competitive intelligence (CI). The second part of the program will focus on the application of competitive intelligence principles to business practices with examples. The following topics will be addressed:

- What is CI?
- Why does a company need to practice CI?
- How do you get started with CI?
- Examples of how CI is being applied.
